Below
are examples of specific issues that are considered when I detail a room/space.

RE-ARRANGE: The objective is to make the space appear lighter, brighter and more spacious while maintaining an inviting, must have atmosphere.
RE-CLAIM: The intent is for each room to have a clear and distinct function. It is also important that the purpose of the room be traditional in nature, for example the bedroom doesn’t contain exercise equipment unless it is creatively partitioned.

RE-COLOR: Color, like smells, create an emotional response. The objective is to neutralize the color palette through the use of wall treatments and wall décor.
Neutralize doesn’t mean eliminate color~ it refers to choosing colors that have universal appeal and are current with today's trends.

RE-DISCOVER: The purpose is to accent spaces that are often neglected such as entrances and stair landings.

RE-DISTRIBUTE: The aim is to purge and organize clutter in order to present a cohesive and simplified room.

RE-FILL: The use of “furniture hints” transforms an empty space from an unappealing void into a welcoming home that potential buyers can embrace. It also gives them a general sense of room size which helps them more easily transpose their belongings into the space.

RE-FOCUS: The focal points of the room are emphasized and its limitations are downplayed.

RE-SURFACE: The goal is to update fixtures (sinks, tiles, tubs) to current color tends. It may also be used to conceal cosmetic irregularities, i.e. stains, chips.
